Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for services provided by Bipul Roy through bipulroy.com.
1. Project-Based Services
Deposits
Deposits or upfront payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. A deposit secures project scheduling and resource allocation.
Milestone Payments
Completed and delivered milestones are non-refundable once approved or submitted.
If a project is terminated before completion, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
2. Custom Development Services
Custom WordPress development involves time, technical implementation, and resource allocation. Once development work has begun, payments are non-refundable.
If a project is paused or discontinued by the client, no refunds will be issued for completed work.
3. Speed Optimization Services
Speed optimization is implemented using industry best practices; however:
- Specific PageSpeed, Lighthouse, or Core Web Vitals scores are not guaranteed.
- Performance outcomes depend on hosting, third-party scripts, and external factors.
Completed optimization services are non-refundable.
4. Bug Fixes & Technical Support
Bug fixes and troubleshooting services are non-refundable once the issue has been diagnosed and resolved.
If an issue cannot be resolved due to hosting limitations, corrupted environments, or third-party restrictions, partial refunds may be considered at my sole discretion.
5. Maintenance Plans
- Maintenance plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
- No refunds are provided for partial billing cycles.
- Clients may cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be granted at my sole discretion in cases of:
- Duplicate payment
- Billing errors
- Inability to deliver agreed services due to unforeseen circumstances
7. Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact me at hello@bipulroy.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a fraudulent or unjustified dispute may result in immediate service termination and legal recovery efforts.
